Kitchen Aid Mixer

So ever since I made my cheesecake and my mix master died, I have been dreaming of getting a Kitchen Aid Mixer. This is what I am saving up for now! I can't wait to get it! It will probably be quite a while before I get the money together for it, but I am getting really excited!! I think I want the red one but I am still deciding between the red, metallic silver, or pink!

We took these pictures at the entrance to our resort. I thought the trees were so awesome looking. The roots were so massive!! We loved driving through this tree tunnel every day when we left, and returned to our resort. It was beautiful to drive through and amazing to stand next to these trees!

Classic Cheesecake

For Christmas my Mom got me a cheesecake/cream cheese cookbook and a set of springform pans. I have wanted springform pans for a long time so I could make cheesecake! Yesterday I decided to try one of the recipes in the cookbook. I made classic cheesecake, and it turned out perfect! It is delicious! I got a bag of frozen strawberries to go with it and it tastes amazing. I am very impressed!

While I was making it, my mixer finally died. I have been expecting it to go for a while now and it finally did... I really want a Kitchen Aid Mixer... maybe one day.
