Engagement Photos

It has been a while since I have posted anything! I have been busy with the wedding planning and job hunting. The wedding plans are coming along. I just sent out most of the invitations last week and I am working on making favours right now.

Back on November 1st, 2009 we had our engagement photos taken. I have been wanting to post them on the blog and facebook but I have been putting it off because there are so many photos to go through. Well I have decided to do it in a few separate posts because it will take too long to do it all at once!!

Thes photos were taken at different places in Fort Steele. The lake shots were taken at Peckhams Lake.

Happy New Year!

Well it is now 2010! I hope this year brings many happy moments for our families and friends. I am expecting this year to be a great one for us. It will be the year that Blaine and I get married! 2009 was a great year for us. We have a lot of awesome memories from the past year and hope to make many more in 2010. Happy New Year!!

Once In A Blue Moon - Happy New Year!

When the clock strikes midnight, remember to look up! A full moon will be shining down. It will be the second full moon this month. This is a phenomenon known as a blue moon. A full moon on New Year's Eve last occurred on Dec 31, 1990 and it won't happen again until 2028!

Lacey's Picture With Santa

On December 5, 2009 we got Lacey's picture taken with Santa. A local store was doing pet pictures with Santa and donating all the proceeds to the SPCA. Since it was Lacey's first Christmas this year, we decided to get her picture done! She was such a good girl. The picture turned out good too! Happy Holidays!!

Our Christmas Day 2009

This Christmas Blaine and I just had a nice relaxing Christmas at our home. It was just the three of us... Blaine, Lacey and I. It was Lacey's first Christmas and she loved it!! We got up early and took our time opening our presents. I really enjoyed it. We got showered and ready for the day and had pancakes for breakfast made on our new grill that Ted and Debbie got for us. I really love the grill! Then we talked on the phone to all our family and just relaxed until I had to start dinner. It was a really nice Christmas and it was our first Christmas since buying our house! It really feels like our home.

I am now looking forward to New Year's Eve. We will be spending it with a few of our friends here. I am excited to see what 2010 brings into our lives. 2009 was a great year for us!
