Second Day - Monday

Here are a few of the pictures from Monday.

This is one of the bars. There was a pool table and they served Mexican food at the restaurant right behind it. There were lots of tables outside or inside.
That building is the snack bar. You could grab snacks whenever. It was handy. They had great tacos and hamburgers. It was all barbecued. There was some other foods here too.

Our First Full Day - Sunday

So the morning after we arrived we woke up and got a chance to see everything in daylight. How exciting! The first day we just relaxed, and it was great!

The sunsets were beautiful! This was the first one.After the sunset we were just hanging out.On the beach at night. We weren't ready for the picture though!!

These are some pictures of our room. I put lots of the bathroom because it was really nice. I thought the bathtub was so cool. It was so big!! Everything was very clean. We were happy with it!

First Night In Puerto Vallarta

We left on April 5th. We arrived at the airport at around 4 PM and it took us an hour to get through check in! Then we just had to wait around. Our plane was late so we didn't take off until about 7:45. It was about a 5 hour trip. We got to the resort about 1 AM but had to set our clocks ahead 1 hour so it was around 2AM. We were so excited that night and didn't end up getting to bed until about 4:30 AM!!

I am going to post our vacation photos in a few separate posts because we have a lot of pictures and it's getting late!! So this is the first night...

Finally arrived at the resort, checked in and this is on the patio. It was amazing!! We had a nice ocean view and could here the waves crashing in the ocean. I was so excited to see it in the daylight. The sound was so relaxing!!

Is Winter Back??

This morning I got up and had a shower. Then I went out to the living room and opened the blinds. It looked like Christmas time! It snowed all night. Yesterday we had no snow. It had all melted over the past couple weeks. Yesterday was such a nice day too. It was sunny, warm and just felt like spring.

Well all I can say is that I am glad we are leaving today!!!

Off to Mexico!!

Tomorrow we are flying off to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Our flight departs at 7:10PM and we are scheduled to arrive in Puerto Vallarta at 12:15AM. When we return home on April 13th I will post pictures from our vacation. Ciao...
